MindSpark aims to address this issue by upskilling educators, helping them solve their biggest problems, and uplifting their economies. MindSpark is a national nonprofit working to upskill educators in highly impacted communities by equipping them with the human capital to solve some of their most urgent problems.
Numerous initiatives have been introduced to assist underserved schools throughout the United States, constituting approximately 47% of our current educational institutions. Despite these efforts, these schools continue to lag significantly behind their counterparts due to issues such as insufficient funding, ineffective programs, lack of accountability, and lower teacher quality.
